I had trouble with my new dryer taking twice as log to dry clothes and getting very hot to the touch I tried to clean the vents myself and got a ton of lint out but still the dryer did not work taking twice as long and still getting very hot on the outside called DRYER VENT WIZARD they came out the next day on time and did a very good inspection and cleaning now the dryer works great dries clothes in half the time and no longer does the machine get hot to the touch would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone having trouble with their dryer vent needing cleaning THANKS!
