    LOVE the Dryer vent wizard. the staff is so nice making appointments and Scott O. came out to clean the vents and fix the poor air flow. he was amazing. I have an extremely difficult stack dryer/ washer that was put in a closet too small by the architect/builder. it is almost impossible to get it out. so Scott went the extra miles (!!) to squeeze himself between the wall and stack. i honestly thought I would have to pull him out. amazing! he just didn't give up. problem fixed snd dryer is running fantastic and efficientoy for the first time. The vent tubing was kinked from initial installation . This company and Scott are more than five stars well worth the price!

    Bob was great. They got our dryer all cleared out and then fixed our vent. The dryer was not drying well before and now clothes and towels are dry after a cycle

    Bob came out and did the initial diagnosis. He did a very good job of explaining what he found, including pictures. Scott came the following week to complete the work needed. He called ahead of time to inform us when we should expect him and showed on time. The work was completed in a very professional manner. Pictures were provided for all repairs. Great customer service and experience! Thanks to both Bob and Scott. Would definitely recommend Dryer Vent Wizard to anyone that needs help.
