I have no knowledge of how dryer vent works. John came to clean the duct. However, he said that the old duct was disposable and couldn't be cleaned. He suggested to get new metal pipes installed. I was worried but John offered to help and do the installation. The dryer vent goes up in the attic. He called his office about the changed situation. He had everything in his truck. He installed the new pipes and cleaned the attic pipe and the outside exhaust. John is knowledgeable and explained the process and costs before starting the installation. It was a great experience.
