Brian took care of the numerous issues related to my dryer vent and now my dryer is finally working right again. He was very knowledgeable and a nice person. I felt I could trust what Brian was telling me and I felt I could trust him in my home. I asked Brian if he could leave the dryer pulled out for a minute so I could vacuum around it. Brian said he was taking care of vacuuming the area, which I really appreciated.
