Jeff Lohman at Dryer Vent Wizard' is who I always recommend to my Real Estate clients and who I use personally because he is SO thorough and courteous. I had him come out to do my home, so I did a step-by-step photographic story for you. “I usually do not write reviews, but with the service received from the Dyer Vent Wizard of Henrico, it must be done. About 4 years ago, I called the Dyer Vent Wizard to replace louver vents, as birds were building a nest. I asked the technician to replace the vents and place a barrier/protector over the vent opening to deter birds from entering. Long story short, the same thing happened again. I called the Dyer Vent Wizard and they sent Jeff out to remedy the issue. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. Jeff cleaned out the new nest and installed a barrier across the vent. I am truly thankful and grateful for his service. I highly recommend the Dyer Vent Wizard, as their service is amazing.
