“Last year, I hired Dryer Vent Wizard to clean the vents out of my new home after I noticed my brand new dryer wasn’t drying our clothes properly. They cleaned a fire hazard in waiting out of my vents, and my drier immediately started drying efficiently and effectively. This year, during an annual check, Jason confirmed my vents were still clean, but my roofers had installed the wrong type of vent when my roof was replaced in January. That wrong vent is yet again another fire hazard in waiting. My roofer is outside at this minute fixing for free and with a host of apologies for installing a non code compliant vent.in the first place. With three children in my household, including one with special needs, I’m so thankful that Jason alerted me to a silent danger in my home.
