For the last several years, my dryer has been needing to be run for 2 cycles to get things dry. Lately, it's been taking 3 cycles. I've had the vent cleaned out before with not much improvement. Trevor came today and found some things wrong and fixed them and now I can get my things dry in one cycle!

They do a quality, detailed job. The technician was thorough and good at communicating what he was doing. The only reason I only gave four stars is because the price jumped significantly in the year since I last had my dryer vent cleaned. I wish I had been given a warning when I scheduled.
