I have been a Dryer Vent Wizard Customer for 4 years. Once a year they come and clean out my dryer vent that they installed 4 years ago. Excellent, courteous and professional. This year the day after they cleaned the flue we smelled smoke. They were here within days and brought an appliance specialist. They had to take my dryer apart clean it and reassemble it. Folks, I am old school, but the level of service Dryer Vent provided was off the charts. These guys are the real deal
