Bryan was outstanding in his inspection and service of my dryer vent. On a scale of 1 to10, he was a 20! He had a smile in his voice, great eye contact, and clear and knowledgeable explanations to what he was doing and was a great listener. And, he was also great at working with a senior. He was thorough, thoughtful, considerate and detailed in his work and cleanup as though it was his home.
