“We were very pleased working with Dryer Vent Wizard of Raleigh. Nate was our technician. He came and analyzed the situation, provided an estimate and then did the work of installing two new dryer vent units on our roof and replacing the shingles around them. We also worked with Jonathon to identify/purchase the roof shingles that were an exact match to what we have on the roof. Nate made sure the vents themselves were clean, and changed out the existing vent piping for a safer alternative. Nate followed up on the work and said if we ever have any questions, just give him a call. Highly recommend!”

He figured out our issue in 15 minutes and he was the third person (not all from same company) we had look at our non drying dryer situation. He knew exactly what to do, did the job well and was done quickly. I have a clean dryer vent and my dryer is now drying clothes in ONE dry cycle!! Thank God!
