What an education! First of all, he was professional and an educator, of what he knew! My husband and I were BOTH, happy from the front door in .. to the end of the appointment. The tech, walked my husband through" Exactly", what the issues were, how to maintain the lint build up, so that it would not amass as it had done. Teaching moments, can be shared, with my adult children, who have their own homes. What a value .., for safety and peace of mind. Thank you!

Dryer vent wizard came out right at the beginning of the timeframe allotted. My house is almost 28 years old. The dryer vent has never been cleaned out. It only took about 15 minutes to clean, he showed me the before and after in the duct, what a difference. He noticed that the accordion vent hose that came with the dryer was torn he fixed it and attached it to dryer and the wall properly he was great very friendly. I would definitely recommend Dryer vent Wizard
